Everyone loves Independence Day and it’s always fun celebrating America! We are SO looking forward to spending time with our family and friends this July 4th. Many of us are going to the pool, lake or grilling out. The best part of all the celebrations though is the FIREWORKS! Need suggestions on things to do? Here is a list of local events that you and your family may enjoy:
- Harrisburg- There is a parade at 9:00am, then later that afternoon there is music and amusement rides from 4-10pm and fireworks at 9:30pm!
- Kannapolis Intimidators– Head on out and enjoy watching the Intimidators vs Hickory Crawdads from 7:05-10:00pm with fireworks after the game!
- Town of Faith– Parade at 10:00am, Rides open at 10:00am, at 7pm there will be races, games and a watermelon eating contest. Then at 10:30 the Fireworks begin at the Faith School Ballpark!
- US National Whitewater Center– Enjoy outdoor yoga, live music and fireworks from 3-9:30pm!
