As we come to the end of summer, we are launching many new changes at the practice. Dr Jennifer and her team are extremely excited to announce the relocation of the practice to 1408 South Main Street in Kannapolis, in the old Fifth Third Bank location. The building will be completely remodeled to house our dental practice and best fit our patients. Stay tuned for weekly updates of the process on all our social channels using #movedrwellsteam. Dr. Jennifer closed on the new location this past Friday and construction for the full remodel will take place starting Tuesday! How exciting!!!!
We are projected to be at the new location by the start of 2017.

1. New patient forms; these can be completed in our office. It’s important to list all medication and allergies, as your mouth effects your overall health.
